We are currently hiring Country Community Partners (Remote), with one representative per country, to help us showcase authentic local culture, food, traditions, and real community stories on a global platform. This role is fully remote and country-based. As a Country Community Partner, you will represent NativeMeet locally, connect with creators and communities, identify cultural stories and trends, support partnerships, and act as the primary point of contact for your country. You’ll work closely with our core team while having the autonomy to lead local initiatives and grow your country’s presence on NativeMeet. We are looking for passionate individuals with strong local knowledge, good communication skills, and an interest in community building. Students, creators, freelancers, and early-career professionals are welcome. No formal degree is required—authentic local insight and ownership matter most. Compensation is performance-based, with a monthly retainer plus target-based incentives. Earnings typically range from $100 to $500+ per month, with no fixed upper limit for high-performing country partners. Compensation scales based on community growth, engagement, content contribution, and local impact.
