Founding CEO (Execution & Revenue) – NativeMeet

NativeMeet is a bootstrapped, culture-first global community platform built to enable paid cultural immersion experiences while protecting dignity, trust, and local communities. We are not a tourism company, not a mass marketplace, and not a salaried startup. We are building without external funding and with a clear focus on execution, revenue, and long-term cultural integrity. We are looking for a Founding CEO who can operate under pressure, take ownership without hierarchy, and convert vision into real revenue across multiple countries within a short time frame.

This role is fully target-based and performance-driven, with no fixed salary. The Founding CEO is responsible for end-to-end execution, including monetization, country-level rollout, and delivery quality. The core responsibility is to turn global demand from markets such as the UK, EU, and US into premium, paid cultural immersion programs by working closely with Country Community Partners. These programs focus on hidden cultural places, lived traditions, food practices, festivals, storytelling, and respectful community interaction, and must always prioritize consent, dignity, and cultural boundaries over speed or volume.

The CEO must be comfortable operating in a bootstrapped environment, making fast decisions with limited resources, and being directly accountable for revenue targets. This role requires strong execution discipline, the ability to price, sell, and deliver high-value experiences, and the judgment to decide where to scale, refine, or pause based on real outcomes. Building lean systems, aligning partners without formal authority, and maintaining cultural integrity throughout delivery are critical parts of the role.

Compensation is based on revenue share and performance outcomes, with equity discussions considered only after clear execution proof. This role is suited for a builder who values ownership over comfort, outcomes over titles, and long-term impact over short-term security. Candidates seeking a salaried position, corporate hierarchy, or tourism-style growth should not apply. Success in this role is measured by revenue generated, quality of delivery, cultural protection, and the ability to scale responsibly under real constraints.
