Co-Founder

NativeMeet is a culture-first global platform focused on building authentic local experiences, meaningful human connections, and community-driven ecosystems across regions. We are currently in an early builder-stage focused on ecosystem validation, partnerships, regional expansion, community growth, and creating scalable operational structures.

We are actively looking for a highly execution-focused Co-Founder who can contribute at the company level by helping drive growth, partnerships, operational systems, strategic expansion, and long-term scalability. This role goes beyond traditional responsibilities and requires ownership, decision-making, leadership, and hands-on execution across multiple business areas.

The ideal co-founder should be capable of building partnerships, creating operational frameworks, supporting ecosystem growth, developing scalable strategies, contributing to fundraising or investment discussions, and helping shape NativeMeet’s long-term vision. We are looking for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, can operate with ambiguity, and is comfortable building systems and processes from the ground up.

Current priorities include ecosystem validation, partnership expansion, pilot execution, community growth, regional development, operational scaling, and creating sustainable growth frameworks that can support global expansion. Success in this role will be measured through measurable contribution, ownership, execution quality, partnership outcomes, ecosystem growth, and long-term impact.
