Jobs at National Intern Platform

We solve the end-to-end problem. Startups list their available internships, search for 3rd year and 4th year students looking for 2-month Full Time Internship, meet them face-to-face in our Intern Mela, offer them jobs, and tell them what specific job skills are needed. Student has to attend a Job skills program, get certified. After they join, startups grade them on a Career Scorecard every month. Students search for internships, meet the employer face-to-face in an inern mela and get a job offer subject to their getting specific skills. We offer job training workshops over 5 weekends which they attend and get certified so they can hit the ground running. They give Net Promoter Scores and feedback every month. The first mela was conducted at RVCE in Jan after Job Skills workshops in Oct/Nov 2019. Based on its success, other departments have joined and the program has been thrown open to ALL fields in ALL colleges.
