Companies list their profiles, internships available and whether paid. Search for interns, look up their resume / skills / certifications / extracurrilar / LinkedIn, shortlist them and invite them. If student accepts, system auto-schedules their slot on the Intern Mela. On Mela day, they make an offer. If students accept, they get a final list. They specify what skills they need. [After student attends the skills workshop and gets certified, student arrives and is immediately useful]. Startups can grade students on Career Scorecard.

Students upload profiles, search for companies, apply. Accept invitations, get auto-scheduled. On Mela day, know exactly where to go and when. If company makes an offer, they click to accept. Company specifies skills needed. [Student attends suitable Job Skills workshop offered by us in RVCE classrooms and labs over 5 weekends and gets certified]. Student uploads certificate. End of month, student anonymously gives NPS and feedback.
