Established in 2017, the National Association of Cannabis Businesses (NACB) is the cannabis industry’s first self-regulatory organization (SRO). The NACB strengthens leading cannabis-related businesses by reducing regulatory uncertainty and increasing legitimacy. A licensed cannabis grower, dispensary or processor may apply to become a member at nacb.com. Ancillary businesses wishing to sell to cannabis operators may apply to become an NACB Blue Ribbon Affiliate and demonstrate they can be trusted partners. Membership in the NACB gives businesses the ability to shape the future of their industry and gain access to tools and services that will help optimize their success. The NACB is led by a group of government, legal, financial, and data and analytics experts who have dedicated their careers to helping business owners in other industries successfully navigate complex regulatory challenges.
