Homeowners and contractors and subcontractors sign up for the application and this makes sure that everyone one a project has the contact information. This also allows subcontractors to mark when they have been paid and lien releases can easily be issued.
The app also helps homeowners to ask any and all questions about projects and set forth the standards for a works acceptance.
