Moneythink careers

Moneythink (MT) provides financial capability for urban high-schoolers using a blended learning curriculum that harnesses mobile technology. Our students have ambitious dreams, but in their financially formative years between ages 17 and 20, they face difficult financial decisions that could make or break their future: getting and maintaining a job, using banks and credit cards, paying for college, and much more. To equip students for these decisions, MT trains and places college volunteers who serve as near-peer role models, mentors, and financial coaches.

Our curriculum is taught with the support of our core application, MoneythinkMobile, which helps students build financial awareness, skills, and habits. The app provides financial challenges which are facilitated by mentors and are motivated by peer interaction on an ongoing basis as students compete with and support each other in working towards their financial accomplishments.
