We're a women-founded, mission-driven startup tackling the $100B+ senior services market to enable delivery of life-sustaining services for older adults.

• Become a Mon Ami software expert so that you can efficiently triage tickets and provide support and product education to users.
• Work with various teams (engineering, product, data) to resolve tickets. For example, you might write a detailed bug report for an engineer to reproduce a bug and solve it.

• Owning company-wide finance functions and deliverables including: financial planning, modeling, forecasting, cash management, AR/AP, financial planning & analysis, financial reporting
• Modeling financial impact of business decisions and translating financial data into actionable insights: proposing solutions, not just reporting numbers

• Reliably transforming data in our warehouse and owning data modeling decisions to improve the value we and our customers can get from the data
• Building performant pipelines – we have both operational/streaming use cases and traditional batch ones

• Partner with the VP of UX to drive the innovation, standardization, and performance of UX across Mon Ami’s applications.
• Lead the development of reusable UX components using GitHub View Components, Stimulus, Turbo/Hotwire, and Bootstrap.
