In 2022, the Department of Labor estimates a global talent shortage of 40 million workers, which is expected to grow to over 85 million by 2030. For companies to win the war for talent, they need to provide a best-in-class candidate experience to recruit top talent, and our product aims at doing just that!

Our founders, Lydia Han (CEO) and Chris Triolo (CTO) founded ModernLoop in December of 2020 after they saw the challenges recruiting teams had when coordinating virtual interviews. Recruiting teams are coordinating hundreds of interviews across various teams, departments, and time zones, all while working to ensure an excellent hiring experience in a dynamic and fast-paced labor market. After spending 15+ years at companies such as Facebook, Brex, Slack, and Salesforce, they understood what it took for recruiting teams to grow their organizations successfully!

Lydia and Chris have built ModernLoop to serve companies of all industries and sizes to help recruiting teams interview candidates quicker, easier, and more efficiently! By creating a platform that caters to an excellent hiring experience, we’ve partnered with recruiting teams at companies like Benchling, Ramp, and Chainalysis to scale their teams and are continuing to partner with more companies to improve their team’s recruiting process.
