• Serve as the primary point of contact between MLB and production personnel and individual Major League Baseball teams for all production-related matters.
• Manage assigned freelance Coordinating Producers to ensure that they are adhering to MLB’s standards for all Broadcasts. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of their individual career growth.

• Lead Club benchmarking efforts that explore and evaluate strategies and tactics across fan development, revenue, and operational excellence
• Perform detailed quantitative (e.g., market analyses, consumer trends) and qualitative (e.g., case studies) analyses and develop actionable recommendations for MLB Clubs to drive revenue growth and fan engagement

• Assist with potential sponsor research and analysis of sponsorship activations.
• Deliver ideas and proposals for how potential and pre-existing clients can maximize their value from partnering with Major League Baseball.

• Assist with planning, preparation, and execution for domestic events, including management/shipping of equipment, and on-site coordination.
