Micruity is an Insurtech startup formed to empower employers to add pension-like insurance products to their 401(k) by standardizing and automating the data sharing between a plan administrator and a life insurer. By connecting to Micruity, a plan administrator will only need to ever send and receive data for annuities in a single format well still getting access to multiple life insurers and different types of annuity products.

Based in Toronto (Ontario) and San Mateo (California), we are building exciting new insurance products that actually help people – by alleviating the stress associated with retirement planning and financing. We are singularly focused on leading innovation in this space and building brand new capabilities.
