MedAux is an HIPAA compliant patient education and messaging system between physicians and patients.
MedAux enables physicians to send daily patient education materials including videos, images, and files to their patients via a secure messaging platform.
We also provide physicians a database of research driven patient education materials, presented in patient-friendly videos.
This is how the platform works:
a) Physician registers patient at MedAux
b) Patient receives timely mobile notification with educational videos
c) If the patient has a question, they can send a message and ask the physician or
assigned assistants.
