Founded in 2003, MCFA is an SBA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business providing planning and strategy, program management and construction management services to a wide variety of project types for the DoD and other federal agencies, state and local agencies and numerous other public and private clients. MCFA’s unique team of experienced professionals includes personnel who have training, certifications and licenses in all functional areas of planning, design, development, implementation and management of facilities, infrastructure, civil works and installation master planning projects.

Our qualifications include in-house Certified Professional Planners (AICP), Professional Engineers (PE), Registered Landscape Architects (RLA), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professionals (LEED AP), Certified Energy Managers (CEM), Certified Demand Side Managers (CDMS), Certified Public Accountants (CPA), finance professionals, economists, PMP Certified Project Managers, environmental specialists, analysts and operations and maintenance specialists. Additionally, MCFA offers our clients broad support of ancillary matters, including access to in-house legal counsel for land use policy, land transactions and legal matters.
