Call times have a big impact on cost and reducing these is a massive challenge for organisations. No one is tackling the challenge in the way we will and this opportunity is immense. I'm building a team to develop an MVP to take to market.

The platform is currently in design stage. It will be build on largely serverless technologies. This is a great opportunity for a skilled developer (or two) to take control of shaping the whole solution from the design, influence technology direction and build the security, business logic and user experience. We're very forward looking in our technology approach and the potential this creates for the business proposition.
