Competitive pay. We do not want our developers to worry about another part-time job. You earn $800/month for 20 hours per week. Flexible hours. Whether you want to work every weekday from 3-7, 12 hours straight on Monday and Tuesday, or something else completely, it is up to you. You can even work from home. All we ask is that you spend at least 10 hours a week in the office. Convenient location. Our offices are located on campus at the brand new Technology Development Center in Tech Park in Rolla, and downtown STL. Fun business environment. We take pride in the culture Lumate has created. Our offices are full of brain fertilizer including bean bags, a ping-pong table, and numerous whiteboards. Our employees frequently hang around the office whether working or not. Academic credit. In many cases, the work done by our developers can be used as class credit. Powerful resume material. Experience working a paid position for a start-up company doing actual field work is invaluable.
