Contribute production code regularly as a player-coach. This is not a hands-off management role. In practice, weight your own coding toward bug fixes, technical investigation/spikes, and unblocking work (including pairing directly with an engineer who's stuck) rather than owning critical-path planned feature work.
Lead a small delivery team and act as a player-coach by owning the most complex data transformations and modeling work, while reviewing and guiding contractor contributions.
Keep work unblocked, well-scoped, and on track to ensure consistent delivery of momentum.
Design, build, and test features within an assigned domain (order management, catalog, invoicing, connectors, etc.) under the guidance of senior engineers and the team's technical lead.
Write clean, well-tested code following existing patterns and conventions; contribute to code review for peers.
