People at Llama

When Gopi started The L.A.M.A. (The Leadership And Mindfulness Academy), his clients loved the name. They loved the idea of learning mindfulness, self awareness etc from 'The Lama'. As more and more people felt the impact of the programs globally, clients started asking for more. And since Gopi could not clone himself (yet!), he started thinking of ways in which he could build scale and touch millions of lives! He even sent a message out to the universe to give him someone who could help him do this. Unknown to him, Krishan after building 2 0-1 startups, was seeking to fulfil his purpose of working in the field of mental health and mindfulness. And he wanted to work with someone as authentic and passionate as himself. He too had sent a message to the universe. The universe conspired. And brought the two together. Do you think it is mere coincidence that even their names are similar?? We think there are actually no coincidences in life ;) So mindfulness master met problem solver and the result was Llama - a fun take on the original name! Fun is a serious thing at Llama because we believe people perform at their best when they are having fun. We take this so seriously that even a lot of the learning we create happens through a sense of lightness! And oh, everyone on the Llama team finds even their work, FUN. 'Leadership' at Llama is a very dynamic thing. The leader in any situation is the person who is best suited for that situation. The team functions less as an organisation and more as an organism. Which means, we take care of each other. We support each other in success and importantly, in 'failure' too. So our leaders are there. And then they are not there!
