Llama is a preseed-funded startup, building the world’s first cohort-based training solution for mental well-being and high performance through mindfulness.

We believe that most educational systems are focused on making us market-ready, not life ready. Agree? And the market? Well, it doesn't make us life ready either! LOL!

And here's the irony - these core inner skills like awareness, empathy, creativity, resilience, etc are not taught anywhere despite being absolutely essential for well-being and navigating life and work with high performance.

Llama is therefore building a hybrid learning platform which makes learning these skills easy and fun! We do this through mindfulness based wisdom practices integrated into modern leadership frameworks.

Broadly, we combine and leverage the best of two models.
1. Peer-based learning - Includes live group sessions by globally renowned mindfulness teachers and associated cohort activities/practices.
2. DIY learning - Asynchronous, on-demand modules and resources including recorded masterclasses, daily individual exercises/activities & guided meditations.

And the real magic sauce - our unique mindfulness-based model. It creates the mental state that brings about accelerated learning in addition to good mental health. So basically, 'buy 1, get 1 free!'

One last thing about us - we have successfully demonstrated our model already at some of the world's best companies. We are now preparing to make a dent in the universe :)
