• Lead strategic R&D projects and integrations from inception through completion
• Build and manage integrated project plans that align teams around clear ownership and timelines

• Build and operate a scalable AI platform that enables engineering teams to seamlessly access and deploy models across multiple providers and environments.
• Ensure high availability and resiliency of AI services through intelligent routing, failover strategies, and production-grade infrastructure.

• Lead and develop a high-performing SRE team, creating a culture of ownership, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Improve the reliability, availability, and performance of Litera’s cloud and on-premises platforms through strong operational leadership and technical oversight.

• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused software solutions that enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of Litera's products.
• Drive the development of modern cloud-based applications, APIs, and user experiences that support business growth and customer success.

• Build automation solutions that reduce manual operational work and improve the scalability, reliability, and consistency of production environments.
• Develop intelligent diagnostics, remediation workflows, and self-service tools that enable Engineering and Support teams to resolve issues faster.

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for Lito, Litera’s GenAI platform and AI intelligence layer and the Litera One Web experience.
• Translate firm-level business needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with Litera’s platform direction

• A mature, cross-functional go-to-market model that ensures every product launch is strategically sequenced, operationally ready, and set up to drive adoption, retention, and expansion across Litera’s portfolio.

• Translate product goals into LLM-driven, machine-executable instructions using structured prompting techniques
• Implement LLM safety, observability, and policy compliance (e.g., logging, red-teaming, PII handling)

• Partner with account executives to build value narratives that connect product capability to what each stakeholder cares about
• Lead business value conversations with C-suite executives, functional leaders, and end-user advocates

• Act as the governing lead for one or more teams of virtual developers using Cognition AI’s Devin (or similar toolsets).
• Collaborate with Litera development teams to design innovative GenAI-based products and features using tools like Cline, Replit, and Cursor.

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with Operations leads and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.

• Own the end-to-end Salesforce engineering strategy, including custom development, integrations, automation, data architecture, CI/CD, and environment management.
• Ensure the Salesforce platform is scalable, secure, and performant, supporting complex enterprise use cases such as CPQ, contract lifecycle processes, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
