Culture and benefits at LenDenClub

At LenDenClub, we work hard, we play harder! This has been a motto of our founders. The same has been spread across our current team members as well as alumnus. We all work together for the purpose of growing LenDenClub. However, while doing that we don’t want to miss any moments of celebrations, gratifications and joy. Be it team celebrations, company celebrations or festivals, we are always enthusiastic. Each month there are many activities including birthday parties, sports, events, breakfast growth sessions and many more, which helps us balance our work schedules. Over the period of time we have observed that Lendenites have some common behavioural traits like clarity of vision, high ambitions, company first ahead of team or individuals, enjoy all colours of life (be it goals or parties), open for feedbacks, always ready to learn from everyone irrespective fo designations.
