Culture overview
To borrow from Ben Horowitz - "what you do is who you are". Our culture is based off this idea. What do we do? - Indurance (purposefully spelt with "in"): indurance is being able to mentally last and push through. Be it indurance in triathlon sports, late nights and weekends, our team shows indurance. - Strong opinions held loosely: Have an opinion, but be open minded enough to consider you could be wrong. This principle is shown through the way meetings are run - the best ideas win. The best ideas are the one's most supported by logic and well explained, tested and reported on. - The Wizard of oz principl (WOZ) - like the story in the WOZ we are looking for people who strive to be like the lion looking for courage, the tin man looking for heart, and the scarecrow looking for brains.
