Lang.ai is the no-code Service Automation platform that empowers customer support teams to visually build AI models and automation logic (escalations, triaging, deflection, agent guidance) on top of the Systems of Record they already use such as Zendesk or Salesforce. The key differentiator is that users can directly control the AI models (patented approach, opposite of black-box) and logic to automate critical support processes. The company works with some of the fastest-growing companies in the US like Hippo Insurance, Freshly, Ramp, Pair Eyewear, Rue Gilt Groupe, as well as international companies such as Caixabank, Vodafone and Más Móvil. The US team is distributed but plans to open an office in Brooklyn, New York. Our main language of communication is English but 70% of the team are native Spanish speakers.
