Landmark careers

Landmark is a navigation app for walking directions using photos of buildings & landmarks. The walking experience is unique from other modes of transportation. “Walk toward the Corner Bakery Cafe on 19th. Walk 4 blocks. Take a right at the Sushi Restaurant on Main Street, etc.” We want to build the ultimate walking app with beautiful photos contributed by a strong crowdsourcing community passionate about their city & the architecture around them. While Google & Apple Maps gives shortest route for pedestrian guidance, there is a significant need for simple to use & intuitive step by step walking navigation.

Crowdsourced information with implementation of government database on street lights, construction projects and road closures will allow pedestrians to navigate with confidence in an urban setting. There are very few applications geared toward pedestrians, and we believe that Landmark is a huge opportunity to offer greater experiences, safety, and data related to pedestrian transit.
