VP of Corporate Strategy We are Kobrelms - an athletic apparel and sports electronics brand startup. We are seeking a senior level executive who can provide credibility and open doors in the industry and with investors. The ideal candidate will have a keen desire to work in a flexible startup environment and make a major impact on our brand. This position will work closely with the founder as a senior member of the team. You must have prior experience in venture capital from fundraising, deal flow creation, investing to exiting. **Raise Capital** • Initial priority is to effectively lead company’s current raise efforts and upcoming seed round from early stage investors and angels to fund the additional inventory and expand our marketing efforts. • Organize and represent company at investor and fundraising events • Work closely with founder on all of the above tasks • You must have prior experience in venture capital from fundraising, deal flow creation, investing to exiting **Desired Expertise and Experience** • 7+ years of experience raising funds, leading and scaling a high growth start-up, preferably a company with venture or other funding • P&L responsibilities at CEO level or head of significant business unit • Proven track record of building successful products and high caliber teams from the ground up, ideally in current roles • Relevant industry experience within the sports world • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college Kobrelms LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
