The opportunity to join as an early member of a well-funded, highly ambitious startup presents itself rarely. We’d also like to think that our ways of working, unique mission and general vibe makes for a different environment than your traditional startup. As a founder, this is not my first rodeo. I’ve had some great success as well as failure in the past, and I’ve been able to learn a lot from that. Thanks to my prior experience we can sidestep many of issues that plague early startup work environments. I’m far from perfect and learn new things everyday, and building our culture is a collective effort, but this gives us a great head start.
