20 days pto per year

In addition to 9 federal holidays, employees have 20 days of PTO per year which are given upon their start date (no accrual needed).

Free lunch on friday

Even though Kinetic is a remote-first company, we share lunch together remotely on Friday during our company All Hands meeting. Employees can choose to order delivery, pickup a meal, or use the stipend toward groceries.
