Kilter is an enterprise health engagement platform that rewards exercise activity with donation to nonprofits of choice.

Our web-based administrative accounts let employers sign their employees up with accounts and will set monthly budgets and dollar contribution amounts for donation per activity that employees complete.

Employees gain exclusive access into a fun, user-friendly mobile application that seamlessly rewards their workouts. Employees will simply connect their fitness tracking apps and devices they already use (e.g. fitbit, Apple Health, MapMyRun, etc.). Each time they take 10,000 steps, run 2 miles, bike 5 miles, or workout for 30 minutes at a gym, a donation is made to a charity of their choice.
