• Implementing features and fixes in a production C++ codebase using modern C++. Solving problems related to electromagnetic tracking sensors, real-time computation with interprocess communication, within Linux.
• Authored requirements around the product, test cases, and multiple unit tests using Jama and Agile. Participated in risk analysis and non-product software development.
• Building analysis tools and 3D algorithms using Python, Qt, Vtk, and numpy. Implemented multiple tools using QT for user interfaces.
• Implementing and architecting 3D visualization for medical data using Python, C++17, QT, OpenGL, GLSL (shaders), threaded calculation, data structures, and algorithm design.
