• Maximize revenue growth by identifying, researching, pitching and closing target prospective clients and growing them along with other agency teams.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments and work collaboratively with the creative team to prepare compelling proposals and customer pitches.

• Identify industry trends, insights, approaches and tools that will help refine digital marketing strategy
• Effectively provides insights and recommendations for the development of innovative marketing concepts for all digital touchpoints, including but not limited to social media, web/apps, O2O campaign and digital partner integrations

• Directly interface with key client accounts and bring the latest design trends to the creative team and the clients.
• Advocate each process to be followed meticulously in the project like accurate UX requirement gathering, documenting persona, user flows, information architecture, brainstorming / ideation, wireframe, low/high prototype, visual design and projection ready assets.

• Experienced in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Knowledge in working with APIs.

• Conceptual work and end-to-end execution of creative concepts.
• Design and create communication materials for digital (e.g. website, online banner and social media visual) and print (advertisements, leaflets, poster, brochures) purposes.

• Assist in design and development of presentation decks, proposals in accordance with brand guidelines and project timelines.
• Support the creative conceptualization and implementation of visual design.
