Mental health agencies have a big problem today, 25% of their patients disengage early annually. It’s big because mental health agencies lose revenue, lose control of patient treatment, and that eventually frustrates staff and they leave at a 40% turnover rate.
It is medication non-adherent patients who are the most at risk.
Staff only know what patients are doing when in the clinic. There is currently no mechanism for remote monitoring. Crisis and staff disengagement results in missed revenue for agencies. And it needs to be fixed.

How iRxReminder solves the problem.
Patients use our app and IoT pill dispenser to achieve high adherence through our unique behavior methodology called "Smart Alerting." The behavior of dispensing each dose creates a record that is shared with AIDAN, our cloud-based platform. The data enables staff to intervene early, avoiding crisis costs and data enables new reimbursement activities increasing net agency revenue up to 40%.
