Working for Intrepid Sourcing has given me tons of experience in project management. I like the work in an international team across continents and that every product we make for our clients is different. The fast growth of the company poses challenges some times but also allows to gain experience in areas I was unfamiliar in before. I worked on projects with bigger brands such as KLM, Wag!, Boy London etc, but also with many startups and small companies. Each manufacturing project is different and has its unique aspects to learn from. I also like the flexibility of the job that comes with the project-based approach.
