Our work is largely project based, which gives our employees great flexibility and the opportunity to manage their time themselves. Part of our team is working in Western countries (e.g. the US and Europe) to coordinate ongoing manufacturing projects with local client and to acquire new clients. The other part of the team is located in Asia (mostly China and the Philippines) and takes care of the product development and oversees production there. We have a dedicated teams of operations experts, marketing professionals and manufacturing leaders. Many of us travel quite a bit for work.
