Our offering is a SaaS product delivered through a mobile application and web interface. genus coordinates caregiver communications and monitors a patient emotional and physical health. As an open platform, genus is hardware and software agnostic, allowing it to interface with the IoT (e.g. wearable, medical, in-home sensors, etc.).

Genus has a modular architecture that allows users to add and remove features as needs change. The initial version of genus contains the Community (coordinates and logs calls and visits), Health (monitors medications and vitals), Moments (shares photos ) Resources (customizable care instructions & care plans) and the Emergency modules. Future modules include Safety (integrating wearable, medical & home sensors), Telemedicine, Finance (document & investment management), Locations (monitors patient & caregivers’ geographic locations), Concierge (services tailored to the identified needs of patients and their caregivers) and caREpay™ (expense sharing).
