In emerging markets like Indonesia many businesses could be classed as "underbanked". From schools to apartments to larger SMEs finance teams struggle with manual processes like invoicing, collections, reconciliation, disbursals and fraud. Most customers do not own a bank account and less than 3.5% of SMEs use internet banking. A typical school with 900 students will have 2-3 full time people working in finance.
