Imby Community is a hybrid grassroots/digital platform that bridges early, non-confrontational conversations between the community and real estate developers to create and support responsive, sustainable communities. We start from the neighborhood perspective to seed ideas and opinions that real estate developers can implement in their real estate proposals to meet hyperlocal demand and build support. Imby Community works with local organizational partners to reach the silent majority of people and connect community-driven individuals to be informed, engaged, and given the opportunity to impact their neighborhoods both in person and online via Imby Community's platform.
