• Develop new and existing relationships with Broker Dealers.

• Review third-party administrator prepared trial balances, financial statements, and supporting schedules for accuracy and completeness on a quarterly basis.
• Review third-party administrator prepared management fee schedules for accuracy and completeness using iCapital technology platform and work across teams for fee payment and tracking.

• Serve as the technical lead, assisting and unblocking the team as needed.
• Develop and implement robust automated test suites.

• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using any of following tools k6, JMeter, Locust or lighthouse.
• Design and execute various performance testing scenarios, including load testing, stress testing, spike testing, and endurance testing.

• Manage calendars of several senior managers with a high level of detail, coordinating, and prioritizing daily tasks.
• Arrange complex and detailed travel plans.

• Downloading, organizing, and renaming files

• Review annual audited financial statements and notes to the financial statements that are prepared in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and/or Luxembourg legal & regulatory requirements
• Manage audit processes, including coordinating and leading audit planning and audit status meetings with fund administrators, third-party general partners and external audit firms

• Manage operational processes for new private equity and hedge funds:

Provide set-up for international product distribution.
Execute underlying fund commitments.
Participate in new fund pipeline meetings and monitoring upcoming funds, raising operational concerns where necessary.
Partner closely with Fund Origination, Legal, Finance, Investor Relations teams to ensure operations are in place to launch products per the targeted timelines.

• Work with iCapital’s implementation teams with regards to new business and fund launches.
• Review feeder fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) as well as underlying fund operational questionnaires prior to fund launch. Provide feedback to internal legal or fund origination teams if there is anything that should be considered from a fund finance perspective.

• Build and maintain relationships with underlying fund managers, fund administrators, and distributors.
• Design and implement processes and procedures for servicing the funds. Partner closely with the management team to enhance and automate key processes, and develop and enhance product, management, and other reporting, targeting both efficiency and scale.

• Prepare fund marketing materials with appropriate information including updates.
• Coordinate with the internal Compliance and Legal teams on review and approvals.
