Our team is super-diverse and talented; from fitness buffs to gamers, and competitive dancers to automobile enthusiasts, we pride ourselves on having a well-rounded team. We give teammates the opportunity to take ownership of their projects at all levels. Our style is very much to throw "new" people straight into our production apps...without much hand-holding. Mistakes will be made at first, but they will be fixed quickly, allowing the team member to become more quick and more accurate (two things that often battle each other) as a result. We care more about a prospective teammate’s trajectory than where they stand today, since Hurdlr is a great place to realize all of one’s potential. We are very hard-working, though, so this workplace is not for the faint of heart.
