We aim to make home ownership easier. We have 2 products under development:

1. Australia's First 10-Year FlexiFix (Fixed Rate) Home Loan.
2. coHome: co-buying property with friends and family.

The 10-Year FlexiFix is a unique loan in that borrowers can repay or refinance a fixed loan without break fees. The core innovation in this product is a new derivative model that removes the bespoke risks of callable fixed rate debt instruments (behavioural interest rate risk). We are in the latter stages of launching this product after a long lead time. The major benefit to consumers is the reduction of interest rate risk and the freedom to manage their mortgage liability.

coHome has launched in beta and has a portal for those looking to buy property with friends and family due to the difficulty of getting onto the Australian housing ladder. We have a pipeline of tools and processes that will help and ultimately transform the home ownership model.
