Jobs at Hubble Network

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Nuclear Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of engineering experience, with significant depth in component reliability for spaceflight or other high-reliability electronics

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in RF/hardware design, including 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams

• Own frontend architecture end-to-end: Define patterns, drive technical strategy, and make build-vs-buy decisions collaboratively with the team.
• Build with AI agents: Utilize agentic coding tools to create, validate, and deploy features and internal tools. Understand their strengths and limitations while maintaining high quality and speed.

• A sense of urgency — you move work from concept to reality, quickly and effectively.
• First-principles thinking — you understand the why behind the what, and can reason from fundamentals to complex system design.
