We empower eCommerce brands to build AI Agents that fully automate service conversations, while generating new marketing opportunities in the process. Our unique position stands on two core beliefs: Customer Experience is being reimagined. The separation of support + marketing will disappear - leading to a new single category of tools, powered by AI. Support data is normally lost - until now. Hoola scans all conversations for actionable insights (i.e. purchase intent) as well as relevant data to be used later in marketing (birthdays, preferences, etc) by the same AI agents.
