We connect IoT-solutions to a social safety network. Our innovative social security network alarm web app is written in React and NodeJS. In case of a burglary or fire you and your family, friends and neighbors will be notified. Currently your network receives a notification via WhatsApp, but we are building our own follow-up system. The webapp guides the users in what to do to help and to report what they see. Through the chat functionality, users are able to chat directly to each other. Technologies used at the NodeJS side are: socket.io, api's, messaging queue's to talk with the webapp client and the downstream backend.
