• Lead design strategy and execution for one or more defined product pillars, translating customer needs, business goals and technical constraints into clear experience direction.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape product vision, prioritize opportunities and align teams around high-quality outcomes within your area.

• Autonomy to shape design direction across one or more strategically important product pillars.
• Meaningful influence with product, engineering and senior leadership on product quality, customer outcomes and roadmap direction.

• Core platform experiences that help agencies and SMBs manage customers, work across accounts, navigate the product, configure settings and complete essential business workflows

• End-to-end ownership of AI product vision, roadmap, and delivery
