When working with potential and existing investments, we try to be different in how we do business. Mostly by being honest and direct, about both the good and bad things in life. More than anything, we believe our thoroughly selected and well-trained team sets us apart. We believe that young people have the future and are not afraid to promote people quickly and give them as much responsibility as they can handle. Our headquarters may be located in Amsterdam, but that doesn’t say much: we work highly independently and very flexibly, often from different locations, while at the same time leveraging each other’s knowledge and experience as much as we can. You could argue that it is in our DNA to work remotely.
