We match every family to a Hero (expert care manager) that takes the logistics of care off their plate: finding and coordinating with the right doctors, navigating insurance and community benefits, managing medications, and applying and advocating for programs like Medicaid. All of this is covered by Original Medicare - 90% of our clients pay $0 out-of-pocket.
