About the Role:

Our Sales function is highly structured and performance driven where everyone is an architect of their own career path. As the recruiting partner, we aim to take it even higher with recruiting exceptional talent.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their implementation phase, focusing on our larger customers.
• Guide new customers through initial hardware/software/ setup and system training to ensure a timely and successful onboarding/product adoption

• Collaborate with several cross functional teams to design and document scalable solutions
• Ability to write secure, maintainable code that powers the platform that provides real time visibility into the health of fleet’s equipment

• Improve the performance of our models and algorithms already in production
• Build and optimize CV/ML algorithms for real-time performance so they can run on our embedded platform i.e. the next-gen AI dashcam

• Implementing Microservices or Lambda functions to empower our iot device and their data
• Building data models and APIs to help manage and maintain our fleet of devices

• Design, develop, and optimize integrated campaigns that support delivery of expansion pipeline to sellers and overall attainment of Motive’s expansion revenue goals
• Drive our global campaign planning and execution to support customer expansion, based on our aligned GTM priorities

• Work closely with Risk, Product and Engineering teams to build, improve and implement underwriting and fraud models
• Derive insights from complex data sets to identify credit and fraud risk

• Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria

• Design and implement high availability database architecture in AWS
• Partner with developers and SREs to build and automate the provisioning of new infrastructure

• Prospect and win new Enterprise business through developing key executive relationships within key prospects to drive expansion of that business with all key accounts, growing share of wallet through developing a deep understanding of each client’s business and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration

• Prepare formal project plans including schedules and deliverables, primarily from internal organizations, but may also include integration of external teams
• Administer a formal review process to validate each development phase has completed successfully, and the product is ready for the next phase

• About the Role:

• Installation and Support: Independently or in collaboration with third-party installers, perform installations of Motive's product suite, comprising gateways, AI cameras, and accessories, across various vehicles and assets.

• Prepare formal project plans including schedules and deliverables, including those from the vendors, hardware, firmware and other teams as needed.
• Administer a formal review process to validate each development phase has completed successfully, and the product is ready for the next phase

• Set out the vision and roadmap for Risk at Motive.
• Drive group alignment around product features to efficiently execute the risk roadmap.

• Design and develop scalable distributed systems and frameworks for data management
• Focus on addressing fault-tolerance and high availability issues, and work on scaling ingestion pipelines, improving and adding features to ETL framework while maintaining SLAs on performance, reliability, and system availability.

• Support day-to-day commissions administration process including global monthly commission payout, manual adjustments, and exceptions
• Provide timely resolution for commission-related inquiries from plan participants including but not limited to system access issues, transaction disputes, credits, and payment calculations

• Develop solutions to complex problems using AI, algorithms and machine learning techniques
• Develop machine learning models using classical and deep learning techniques

• Deliver training to predominately entry to mid-level front-line Sales staff including Account Executives and Managers
• Support multiple classes of new team members from their initial onboarding through their ramp period
