GoldenKey is a no hassle, commission free marketplace alternative to buying and sellng a home. We are OpenDoor meets LendingTree. On the demand side are real estate investors, from the largest publically traded and privately held institutional investors (e.g. Invitation Homes, Progress, Colony) to hundreds of individual investors. On the selling side are a nationwide network of agents and smaller investors. We are also now working directly with home sellers, offering them a hassle and fee free way form them to sell direct and skip selling the traditional way.
