GMB is an education company that teaches people who to develop physical autonomy with fun exercises that don't require a lot of equipment.

Fitness is more than gleaming abs and protein powder. Most people just want to get through the day feeling good and capable. So we focus on removing the restrictions that hold them back. Things like tight hips that can lead to back pain. Or weak ankles that could make you injury-prone.
