Site Operations & Maintenance:
o Oversee the servicing & maintenance of all telecom sites in the designated region.
o Ensure all equipment (generators, rectifiers, batteries, air conditioners) is functioning as per the company's technical standards and operational guidelines.
o Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are strictly adhered to and documented for each site.
o Confirm that all sites are in RMS Automatic mode for proactive monitoring and control.
