Customer service is a critical part of any product, and one of the hardest jobs in any company. Whenever the product falls short, it’s on customer service agents to rescue the situation – and if customer service fails, the customer is typically lost for good.
Customer service can feel like pushing water up a hill because using customer service tools can feel like that, too. Perennially on the back foot because of limited context and incomplete information, agents get thrown into intensely emotional situations, charged with triaging complex issues, tracking down root causes and following ever-changing internal policies – all while being forced to jump between a plethora of tabs, outdated CRM applications and siloed internal tools.
We think there’s a different way to do customer care, and that’s why we’re building Resolve. We are building customer care tools for the companies of the next decade – tools unencumbered by conventions of the past, tools that speed agents up rather than slow them down, tools that work hand in hand with your own rather than trying to replace them, and tools that are as easy to use as they are to develop with.
